Scorpion Truck Bed Linings, Inc. is interested in developing its international business with qualified distributors and dealers worldwide. In order to facilitate this development, we have established
the following program which is designed to encourage strong distributors in
areas where Scorpion does not now have distribution. This is a simple
4-point program.

Point 1- Exclusive Territory
Scorpion Dealers and Distributors have an exclusive marketing area in which Scorpion agrees not to license other dealers. This exclusive territory will be defined as a state, province, or large metropolitan area depending the particularities of the country and geography involved.

NO investment is required for this exclusive territory.

Additional territories can be acquired in 6 months providing that the dealer has purchased a previously agreed upon amount of Scorpion products.

Point 2- Training
The Dealer must come to Cloverdale, Indiana, USA to receive training in the preparation and application of the Scorpion product. Travel and lodging are to be at the dealer’s expense. There is no fee for the training.
