Scorpion Spray Gun

The Scorpion Spray Gun changed how high abuse coatings are applied. Perfect for all Scorpion XO2 applications. The 2 gallon hopper easily holds enough chemical for truck bed applications. Applicators can vary textures with easy to use pressure gauge and trigger controls.

Gun cleans in minutes with no solvents required. The Scorpion Gun lasts for years and can be used with other coatings. Great for vertical, horizontal and overhead use.

Spray Gun Mini-Hopper

Sometimes the large hopper can get in the way from spraying in tight areas. Scorpion has added a 2.5 quart mini-hopper to attach to your Scorpion Spray Gun. It is great for tighter areas where the standard hopper will not fit. Attaches easily with an adjustable clamp at the base of the hopper.

Al's Liner Spray Gun

The Al's Liner Spray Gun is a 1.25 gallon hopper gun that is great for lower volume applications. It has a comfort grip handle with a varible flow control feature. It can be used with any standard air compressor. It is easy to clean and works perfectly for horizontal, vertical and overhead use.

Gun Holder

These are custom made metal gun hangers that fits on top of a 5 gallon pail. Simply insert the holder into a pail. It gives the applicator a place to secure the gun between uses or to drain remaining material to aid in cleanup.

Al's Liner Red Nylon Cup Brush

Al's Liner Red Nylon Cup Brushes are a course grit nylon filament cup brush used with an air grinder to scuff painted surfaces. By using these cup brushes, prep time for painted surfaces reduces dramatically. They last for several applications and come in 2 different sizes: 6" and 4".

Air Grinder/Sander

This is a pneumatic tool used with Al's Liner Red Nylon Cup Brushes to scuff painted surfaces before XO2 application. These are included in startup packages (Brand Varies) and come with a regulator and a 5/8" arbor adaptor.

Needle Scaler

Another pneumatic tool used to rough up irregular shaped surfaces, hard to reach areas and transition areas. It works by the metal vibrating needles that scar and chip painted surfaces. (Brand Varies)
