Scorpion XO2
Scorpion XO2 was engineered in 1995 as the next generation of truck bed lining. There are no compromises in XO2. It meets or exceeds all criteria. Not only is it environmentally responsible, but it is also applicator friendly. The chemistry involved in XO2 is amongst the most complex ever devised in any type of coating, yet it is applied with very simple equipment.
XO2 boasts nothing but superior physical properties.
It has excellent color retention and UV stability, and it retains its structural strength over the entire temperature range. XO2 has excellent resistance to both acids and bases. It is both solvent and water resistant. The unique chemistry of XO2 allows it to be stored in a general warehouse condition, regardless of temperature and humidity. It can be applied at temperatures ranging from 32°F to 130°F. In addition to its inherent chemical properties, Scorpion XO2 bonds eagerly to almost all surfaces. The same properties that allow it to be used as an abuse barrier in trucks are just as desirable in other applications over fiberglass, wood and metals. Aggregates can be added to XO2 and sprayed using the same simple equipment. If there could be only one coating in the world, it would be Scorpion XO2.

ZBG (Zero Biological Growth)
ZBG (Zero Biological Growth) is the coating of choice in an environment where mold, mildew, and/or bacteria control is an issue. Scorpion XO2 is chemically engineered to have very few free carbons which are the cause of biological growth. ZBG goes a step farther by being manufactured with the addition of a U.S. EPA approved additive. This additive, plus the inherent low free carbon nature of XO2 result in a coating that is tough, durable, UV stable, and highly resistant to any biological growth. Typical uses of ZBG include ambulances, food processing plants, and nurseries.

Foam Kote
Protecting and strengthening foam is easy with Foam Kote. No primer is needed because of Foam Kote's special formulation - just apply directly in any texture from glassy smooth to a rough texture. Foam Kote offers the same structural characteristics as our XO2 product so you know it's tough and very UV stable. Foam Kote is applied with our standard gun and it's incredibly low in odor and V.O.C. It dries to touch in less than 1 hour so you can get on with your work. Available in 1 gallon, 9 gallon, and 45 gallon quantities.

FR (Fire Retardant)
Tough, UV resistant, fire retardant polyurethane coatings were deemed impossible before the introduction of Scorpion FR. Scorpion FR is the only thick film polyurethane coating that meets the FAA’s extremely stringent requirements for use in helicopter and aircraft interiors, easily exceeding the burn rates and toxicity release rates established by the FAA.
With all the great physical properties of XO2 plus fire resistance, Scorpion FR can be applied to nearly all surfaces and shapes using inexpensive equipment. If long lasting beauty, performance, and fire resistance are your goal- there is really only one choice: Scorpion FR!
