The 2-gallon kit (NX-TK1) contains everything to coat one truck bed: A, B and C components, Black color and 8001 Adhesion Promoter. The 45, 90 and 450-gallon kits supply A, B and C only — color and 8001 are ordered separately so applicators can run their own colors. Scorpion XO2 is a three-component, batch-mixed, acrylic-reinforced aliphatic/aromatic polyurethane protective coating. Mix ratio 2.5 A : 1 C : 1 B by volume plus color; 95% solids by weight; 18–22 sq ft per gallon at 62 mils; apply above 50°F; pot life 20 minutes; tack-free 30–60 minutes at 70°F.
