XO2 Start-Up Kits pair Scorpion XO2 material with the tools needed to prep and spray. The 2-gallon kit covers a 6.5 ft or shorter truck bed; larger kits add guns and prep supplies for shops running volume. Scorpion XO2 is a three-component, batch-mixed, acrylic-reinforced aliphatic/aromatic polyurethane protective coating. Mix ratio 2.5 A : 1 C : 1 B by volume plus color; 95% solids by weight; 18–22 sq ft per gallon at 62 mils; apply above 50°F; pot life 20 minutes; tack-free 30–60 minutes at 70°F.
